CATERPILLAR Delete Kit – DPF & DEF (SCR) Emulator

The emulator is designed for both CATERPILLAR machines and machines and devices equipped with the engine of this manufacturer. • Caterpillar DPF Delete Kit
  A version of the device designed for Caterpillar DPF engines equipped only with a diesel particulate filter.
• Caterpillar DEF Delete Kit
  A version of the device designed for Caterpillar engines equipped with both a diesel particulate filter (DPF) and a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) system with a diesel exhaust fluid tank (DEF/AUS 32/AdBlue).

The emulator pretends the correct operation of damaged elements, so their actual efficiency does not affect its proper functioning. After the repair, the system does not report errors and there is no torque limitation.

CATERPILLAR Delete Kit Installation

Installation of the emulator is non-invasive, because the device is equipped with a bundle with plugs compatible with the original. The emulator disables components and elements such as:

• urea dosing pump (AdBlue)
• DPF differential pressure sensor
• temperature sensors
• particulate filter
• NOx sensors (if any)
• NH3 sensors (if any)
